Personal Training is not just someone yelling at you in the Gym, it is long-term supportive tuition helping you to achieve your personal fitness goals. Whether your goal is to get toned, lose weight, bulk up or just improve your fitness levels, we have the coaches and the expertise to help you achieve the following:

What to expect

Our instructors have experience from various backgrounds including but not limited to Strength & Conditioning, Mixed Martial Arts, Core conditioning, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Kettlebells, Dance and more. Should you decide take the leap and take your training to the next level, one of our chosen BBTC instructors can guide you through your journey.  Here is what you can expect to receive from our Personal Training:

  • Initial Assessment to conclude your current body composition
  • Posture analysis
  • Full nutritional diet profile breakdown, specific to your goals
  • Personalised and recorded workout routines, monitored and amended as you progress
  • Access to your instructor via email, achieving your goals is just as much mental as it is physical, we will support you all the way
  • Full guidance with regards to the efficient use of Sports nutrition
  • Beginning and end profile shots for you to assess (Optional)
  • Coaches who become friends and will enthuse you throughout to surpass your limits!

Group Personal Training

We know that training with a friend can sometimes help you to stay focused and motivated which is why we also offer group Personal Training Sessions. These classes are available for 2-4 people maximum and this is a great way of sharing the cost whilst embarking on your journey together.

We host a multitude of different types of Personal Training Sessions based around your preference.  We offer sessions based around the following:

  • BJJ
  • Muay Thai/ K-1 Kickboxing
  • Boxing
  • Wrestling
  • Mixed Martial Arts
  • Self Defence
  • Fat Loss
  • Muscle Gain
  • Cardiovascular Output



Personal Training session are available on a first come, first served basis within the Gym’s opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 10am – 9pm
Saturday: 10am – 4pm
